What started out as harmless little hole in the carpet, caused by years of heels digging in as the driver pushed down on the gas pedal, has now become a giant gaping chasm. At lease this way when the inspection plate above the frame rail came loose it was really easy to put back without the hassle of pulling up the carpet. This will require some serious attention.
