After one too many bumps from other peoples behinds, it was time to find a reasonably priced replacement for the faded driver side mirror. Being a safety item that would be used frequently, it would be impractical to wait around until someone happened to post one for sale locally on Craigslist. So it was with a heavy heart and a bit of unease, eBay was opened on the browser and this classic red replacement is the result.

Drifting is fun, so is doodling, at least this is one way to get sideways.

Goodness, gracious, great balls of fire. Kyle Mohan was spitting flames straight up out the screamer pipes of his rotary-powered Mazda Miata drift car the night before qualifying for the final round of FD competition at the House of Drift, Irwindale Speedway.

Sometimes you find yourself lined up in front of Odi Backchis and you just have to try and not mess up too bad. There is something different about Thursday Night Drift the week before the last round of Formula Drift. From the fans showing up early to the teams getting in a little extra practice before the big show, there is something special in the air, and it’s not just the tire smoke.
