Chalk it up to looking cool, but the cooling panel from Garage Star serves the dual purpose of helping to channel air into the radiator and therefore improve cooling; however, it really does clean up the engine bay. The biggest PITA is repositioning the front crash sensor and tucking the associated wiring away cleanly. It was tempting to just junk the wiring harness and box in the bumper but the opportunity to screw something up and trigger a check engine light in a state that requires mandatory vehicle inspection might not be the best idea.

Art in an Airport
While the benefits of air travel are too great to list here, we can all agree that airports can leave a lot to be desired. That is why it was so cool to see what looked like a temporary art installation along a wall between terminals at MIA. An unexpected unpleasant reroute turned into a very pleasant piece of photorealistic high school artwork.
